A Capital day, Inauguration Eve....
I decided to walk up to the mall today. I gave some thought to joining the masses tomorrow for the actual Inauguration, but after being there today with 10s of thousands of people already milling about, there is really no way I would go tomorrow....I'll watch it from the comfort of my couch.

It's in my genes...hahahaha I would have really loved to go up there today, but unless ya had tickets it woulda been useless...and I did wanna see all the other things going on. Also, ya had to make a choice, either the oath of office, or the parade. I wanted to see both! Would have been awesome to have been in just the right spot to have seen the President and Mrs Obama get out of the limo and walk down Pennsylvania Avenue tho'!! I am optimistic, however, and WILL see Obama downtown, I just know it!
